    莫慌 多数都是精神紧绷而已 除非你在过程中感受到被摸 或者隐约听到说话的声音但是你根本听不懂在讲什么这种才是你想说的那种鬼压床。 如果不存在上面的情况我建议找个时间去按摩做SPA放松一下就好了
